This past year proved quite successful for
the Alumni and Development Office, as
we continued to make a difference in the
academic life of our students and sus-
tained strong bonds with our alumni all
over the world.
In addition to increasing financial aid, we have surged
ahead in creating an environment more conducive to
the myriad demands of a truly modern education, in
which extracurricular activities complement regular
studies. Renovations and refurbishing were noticeable
this year in many sections of the campus, with the
most remarkable changes taking place in the football
field (turning green), Ras Beirut elementary classes and
playgrounds (safer and more spacious), and the
Amphitheatre (new stage installed). We could not
have achieved such goals were it not for the joint
efforts of many, so we would like to extend a heartfelt
THANK YOU to the IC Alumni Association, IC Parents
Committee, Friends of the IC Elementary School, IC
Board of Trustees, and you, our generous alumni, for
making it all possible.
Aside from the transformations IC has undergone, we
have worked diligently to pursue ongoing connections
with our alumni. Dinners, receptions, reunions, and
gatherings have been organized by our office, and the
number of alumni in attendance increases every year.
This year, many alumni themselves are organizing
events for their classmates, with our offices offering help
whenever needed. These past few months have also
been characterized by a packed schedule, as we have
established new alumni chapters in the United States.
As always, I thank you all for enabling us to remain
the best at what we do…
Best Wishes,
