The illustrious legacy at IC continues, as
throughout the years.
The 2005-2006 academic year proved to be
as successful as previously, not only for the
Office of Alumni and Development, but also
for all the IC community. The IC Annual Fund
increased significantly from the year before, and the results in
official and international tests proved to be the most gratify-
ing.
With the painful summer events in Lebanon, and with the dif-
ficult economic situation occurring, IC felt compelled to
establish a Relief Fund to help ease the pain of many dis-
placed families. In addition, we have increased the financial
aid budget for the year 2006-2007, in an effort to lessen the
burden of many IC families. IC counts on the generosity of
its alumni and friends to be able to accomplish its ambitious
plans.
Our mission to build and strengthen relations with our alum-
ni in Lebanon and abroad has become a continuous mission.
My visits took me last October to Canada, the United States
and the United Kingdom. Our plan is to visit many other
countries throughout the year.
Meanwhile, on behalf of IC and on my behalf, please accept
our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who make it
easy for us to maintain IC’s tradition of excellence.
