Systems. Maher plans to pursue a career in Pharmacy and
Management.
He is currently a research assistant in a botany research lab
in UCLA, and has an internship in the UCLA Medical
Center in Santa Monica, California, working in the hospi-
tal’s pharmacy department. Maher is still very active on-
campus and currently holds high leadership positions in five
clubs. These clubs include the Lebanese Social Club and
Lebanese Campus Link, in addition to the Alumni Scholars
Club, the Regents Scholars Society, and Mortar Board
national senior honor society.
Despite the wonderful experiences Maher is having at
UCLA, he still remembers all
the good times of his years at IC. Maher misses his IC col-
leagues, teachers as well as the campus. His two younger
sisters are sill at IC and Maher is so glad that his siblings are
having such a unique education.
Bahaa Nahas ‘03
completed his Bachelor degree in
Economics, and then joined the University of Southern
Califronia, U.S.A. to pursue his Masters degree in
Economics. Bahaa recalls how much he enjoyed playing
basketball while he was at IC.
Ahmad Jamaleddine ‘04
is pursuing his studies at McGill
University in Montreal, Canada. Ahmad wrote about the
experience that has equipped him, saying: “IC has certainly
left a mark on all of us. Its culture and traditions live within
us. I was part of the archery club and renovated IC’s mural
at the upper campus during the summer of 2003. IC certain-
ly equipped me for university and kept me inspired. It was
what IC taught us outside class that helped us thing big
when setting our life long goals. Thank you IC! We salute
thee Alma Mater.”
Maria-Rita Kassis ‘04
is pursuing her senior year at LAU
Beirut majoring in Political Science and International
Affairs, with a minor in Economics. She is currently working
in a program held by LAU and UN-USA called: “Global
Classrooms LAU Model United Nations,” as the Head of
Trainers, as well as a trainer. The trainers are responsible for
teaching students negotiation skills, UN informoation,
strategic thinking, etc. Training sessions are to be adopted
as a mock simulation of the UN in an annual conference for
national high school students. In addition, Maria-Rita is
planning to pursue her masters in International Affairs in the
United States in the fall of 2007.
Lynn Ismail ‘04
is currently in her senior year at AUB
majoring in public administration. She will graduate in June
2006 and is planning to pursue her Masters degree in Public
Relations.

oined Boston University and is
studying Graphic Design.
Ralph Debbas ‘05
is currently studying at Coventry
University in England, majoring in Automotive Design (car
designing) and working on several projects such as
designing a new concept for public transport and introduc-
ing new technologies in the design of the vehicles of tomor-
row. Ralph is working in collaboration with big companies
such as Jaguar and Land Rover.

s currently studying at AUB, pursuing
his second year in Computer and Communications
Engineering.
Lamis Yahya ‘05
is a second-year Clinical Laboratory
Science student at the American University of Science and
Technology. Her goal is to mingle within the fields of
Forensic Science and Cytogenetics. Lamis says: “It is
always splendid to have the eternal sense of belonging to
IC. Thank you IC for granting us this feeling of belonging.”
Rawan Oueidat ‘05
is pursuing her studies at the
American University of Beirut, in Business Administration.
Rawan went to England and took a course in the summer of
2006 at the London School of Economics, and scored high
in her field of study.
Abdallah Salam ‘05
received the Harvard College Scholar
award for 2005-2006. This award is given to the top 10 per-
cent of Harvard students. Congratulations to Abdallah
Fatima Abdo ‘06
is pursuing her studies in Medicine in
France. Fatima sends her best to all her colleagues.
Nathalie Allam 06
is pursuing her studies at AUB, majoring
in Biology, as premed studies.
